Engagements are scoped by depth and duration, not packaged. Most clients invest in the low to mid five figures for the foundational phase. Long-term engagements compound from there. The diagnostic call is the cleanest way to size the right answer for your firm.
A typical engagement runs three to six months for the foundational architecture phase. Long-term clients continue with ongoing cadence work that compounds quarter over quarter. We do not run one-off projects. Trust does not compound on shorter timelines.
Clément (Clem to most clients) leads every engagement directly. Specialists from a curated network are mobilized for specific work: writing, design, video, research. The strategic line of thinking stays continuous through one operator. No account managers, no handoffs.
Yes. The diagnostic phase requires a 6-week minimum. Foundational architecture work runs at least three months. We do not offer trial or pilot engagements. The selectivity is mutual: we both want to know the engagement is built to compound before it begins.
Engagements are conducted in English or French. Asset production can extend across languages where a curated specialist supports it natively. We do not produce in languages without native-level oversight.
All engagements are NDA-bound by default. Client identities are not used in marketing or referenced publicly without explicit, written consent. The MGNI case study you see on this site exists because Max chose to make it public. Most engagements never appear anywhere.
